Actor Jerry Stiller hospitalised

Actor Jerry Stiller has been hospitalised after suffering a medical “episode”.
Ben Stiller’s father was taken to a New York hospital on Wednesday (09Jan19) and it has since been reported he suffered a stroke. However, a source insists the rumours are not true.
“He had some sort of episode and they wanted to be cautious,” a source tells the New York Post’s Page Six. “There’s no evidence of a stroke.”
According to the publication, the 91 year old is in a stable condition and under observation. He will reportedly be released over the weekend (12-13Jan19).
Stiller, who is famous for playing George Costanza’s dad in Seinfeld, lost his wife, Anne Meara, in 2015 after she suffered multiple strokes.
