Amy Winehouse hologram tour in the works

Amy Winehouse is set to return to the stage as a hologram.
The experts behind new shows featuring surreal images of Roy Orbison and late opera great Maria Callas have produced a new spectacular centred around the Rehab singer – and her dad, Mitch, is fully behind the project.
Reports suggest Amy’s hologram will be projected on to a stage in front of a live band, and the money the singer’s family receives from the shows will benefit The Amy Winehouse Foundation, which was established after her death in 2011 to help young people suffering with substance abuse.
The idea of bringing dead stars back from the grave using hologram technology began when a three-dimensional image of late rapper Tupac Shakur stunned the crowd at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California in 2012.
Amy’s dad reveals he was sold on the idea of a hologram show after checking out the Roy Orbison concert, which wowed fans in Europe and is now on a U.S. tour.
